A friend of mine recommended this spot and I was in the area so decided to take myself to a solo lunch. There were so many options to choose from in the display window with desserts that my mind was going crazy, in a good way. I ended up with a type of ham cheese and bacon sandwich and an iced coffee. The coffee was Very Basic but the sandwich and the pastry was delicious. The ambience was nice because the place is very spacious and the lady in the Front taking your order was super polite and helpful. I feel like I need to come back to try their fruit tarts and macaroons.
I have been coming here for many years. It is the best, and quite frankly, the only good place to go to in Kendall. Everything is baked and cooked to perfection. How much you like it will depend on your personal preferences. They have breads, puff pastries, desserts that are coffee- flavored, chocolate, nuts, berries, fruity, or citrusy. They have a cake version of every mini dessert as well as breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, and entrees. The place is cozy and beautiful. However, it is super packed at all times. I think of it were located in Coral Gables it would knock Bachour out of its high horse (that place sucks and the food is very bland and desserts are average) Bonjour is a thousand times better. The only con is the staff, they are very clumsy and don't always pay attention when taking orders due to its fast-pace. They often get the wrong order. I have been given the wrong cakes, wrong desserts, wrong food, even when ordering days in advance over the phone many times.
Delicious pastries and food with friendly staff!!! Still the exact same since I came here around 4 years ago and still obsessed! The ambiance is causal and they have all the Christmas decorations. Very cute!!! Everything is made with quality ingredients and rich with decadent flavors. Looking for a great French bakery in West Kendall? Look no further! Got a recommendation for Bounjour and had to bring my mom since she loves all things French bakery. Nestled in a shopping plaza, the space is quite large with plenty of room for dine in or take away. I was surprised to see breakfast lunch and dinner, a huge selection of pastries and macarons, and fresh juice and coffees. I could not make up my mind so I went with a French onion soup and a chicken sandwich. Both were delicious but the French onion soup stole the show! It happened to be BOGO on mimosas so we each had one with fresh OJ alongside a cappuccino. The server was great and helped us pick out a few pastries to go as well. Their signature croissant with pistachio cream was amazing!! I also enjoyed their fruit tart and cream filled beignet. Overall 10/10 for quality and deliciousness. A must try if you're in the area and love a good French pastry.
Today our next food adventure take us to Bonjour French Bakery located in Kendall's European style if you ready to break your diet with delicious delicatessen and dessert from French cuisine this is the place. Fast service to the costumers and the quality of the food is amazing maybe the price is little high but when you bite the first bite everything change. High recommend if looking the traditional french.

Wonderful French Bakery! The food here is delicious and they have so many desserts. They have great breakfast and lunch. They even have wine. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The ambiance in here is very cute, subtle, and it always smells so good inside. Their drinks like cappuccinos and chai lattes are yummy! Their Provence Sandwich is super good and very filling. I would definitely get it again and maybe even try another type! It can be shared with someone as well.
